We use both French and American oak then meticulously blend to create its rich and complex finish. Tasting Notes: Nose: Toasted Agave, Cherry Oak, Anise, Vanilla Palate: Ripe Red Apples dipped in Honey, becoming drier and spicier as the oak influence starts to dominate mid palate. Finish: A long, warming finish reminiscent of a fine aged Brandy.
