It has been matured for 12 months in barrel, with 60% aged in demi muids and the remainder in pices, and was racked at the end of July. The nose features inviting aromas of grass clippings and apricot. On the palate, it opens fresh with a hint of bitter lemon, leading to a bright, albeit short, finish.
