The palate is silky but taut, shaped by coolclimate acidity and a touch of whole bunch that adds lift and herbal tension. Midpalate flavours turn savoury and complexdried herbs, amaro, subtle earthbefore the wine stretches into a long, finely structured finish with polished tannins and lingering redberry purity.
